Aluminum Fitter (Mechanic)
Location: Vancouver, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Range: Starting at $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
As an Aluminum Fitter, you’ll play a key role in fabricating structural components for critical projects. You’ll be expected to work with precision, follow detailed blueprints, and collaborate with a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Pass required 3G and 4G aluminum weld tests (AWS D1.2 on 3/8” plate)

Interpret technical drawings to layout and fabricate aluminum structures

Operate machinery including presses and forming equipment

Perform tack welding and fitting with minimal supervision

Follow industry-standard safety and quality protocols

Qualifications

1 or more years of hands-on aluminum welding or fabrication experience

Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout work

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts if needed

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
