Job Title: Machine Operator

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (swing shift)
Pay: $45,000–$47,000 per year 

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Machine Operators to join our production team in Marston, MO. This is a full-time position with a consistent rotating schedule and opportunities for long-term growth. The shift runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, providing built-in extended time off.

Responsibilities include:

Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment

Performing basic quality inspections

Following production standards and safety protocols

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

Some prior machine operation experience preferred

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and perform physical tasks

Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
