Regional Field Service Manager
This position will support the Retail Marketing Team by providing guidance and leadership to Field Services Team within their assigned region. The Regional Field Service Manager will help to support the Altra brand strategy across the U.S. and Canada. The individual in this role will provide leadership, training, and guidance to empower Field Services to achieve goals and KPIs, while elevating the level of service provided to strategic partners in their assigned regions. This role does require frequent travel including overnights and weekends, approximately 50% of the time.

What you will do:
The Regional Field Service Manager will be responsible for providing dynamic, visible and inspirational leadership to positively impact business initiatives, direction and vision for the Field Service Team. The Regional Field Service Manager will be expected to manage the training and professional development of Field Services within their assigned region, sharing best practices, sell-thru tactics, and programs. The Regional Field Service Manager will be relied on for leading frequent 1on1s, providing actionable feedback, to ensure that Field Services in their assigned region are executing against seasonal service strategies that have been established. The Regional Field Service Manager will be expected to conduct in-field visits with Field Services to provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, while providing focused coverage of key accounts in their territory. Finally, the Regional Field Service Manager will lead the planning and execution of strategic priorities including regional market takeovers, national account service strategies, tactics, and training.
How you will do it:
Achieve goals set forth in the strategic plan, including enhancing and building account relationships, seasonal Go to Market and growth strategies and development of the wholesale activation strategies.
Manage, mentor and train internal tech team. Manage team structure that aligns to future distribution and brand strategy; including, hiring new talent to support future sales organization, and managing through objectives and goals set forth in employee’s goals through corporate portal (Workday).
Conduct in-field ride-alongs to provide coaching and mentorship for assigned Field Services
With input from sales managers and marketing managers, develop regional service plans by territory to align with Altra's and VF’s seasonal initiatives and financial targets by region.
Provide ongoing mentorship to Field Services by leveraging their experience in the role and industry to coach them on how to service accounts effectively, efficiently and professionally.
Plan and execute regional market takeovers while continuing to identify ways to elevate the effectiveness of these initiatives.
Support the implementation of strategic service strategies with key partners including REI, Fleet Feet, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and other key account and independent retailers.
Perform thoughtful employee reviews on time and within the directed methods of VFC.
Create and track weekly/monthly and quarterly service goals that tie to strategy and individual rep performance.
What success looks like:
Assigned Field Services achieve their quarterly service goals and KPIs.
Successfully plan and execute targeted number of takeovers as established by the Retail Marketing Strategy
Continued sell-thru and market share growth at key retailers in assigned territory and region.
Established meaningful relationships with key retailers to align on strategic priorities and needs.
Integrating with Denver HQ and bridging the gap between their regions
Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience:
2-3+ Years of field marketing or sales experience
1-2+ Years of people leadership experience
Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
1-2+ Years of people leadership experience

Hiring Range:
$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
