Duties
and responsibilities:
Working
within the Group Learning Department and reporting to the Group Digital
Learning Manager, you will contribute to the development and deployment of
Group-wide learning initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing
to the development of the Group Learning Management System (LMS) and the global
digital learning offer
- Assisting
in the coordination of LMS-related activities with local country teams
- Monitoring
and analyzing key learning performance indicators and supporting learning data
consolidation and reporting (participation, completion, trends)
- Developing
engaging communication materials related to Group Learning projects
- Participating
in the animation of the Group learning community (identifying and sharing best
practices, contributing to exchanges and international network meetings)
- Monitoring
learning and e‑learning trends and carrying out comparative analyses of
internal and external practices
- Contributing
to the design and deployment of Group-wide training programs and cross‑functional
skills development initiatives
