Job responsibilities

Manage Alternatives documents, including, submission, monitoring and working with clients to complete/correctSupport Private Client Advisors and their clients by assisting with service requests and alternative investment transactionsHelp gather required documentation and coordinate with partners to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactionsRespond to basic inquiries related to alternative investments, escalating complex issues to senior team membersLearn and follow operational procedures, compliance requirements, and industry best practices to ensure activities are executed accurately and in accordance with firm policiesCollaborate with Advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams to collect necessary information and facilitate approvalsTrack the progress of requests and provide status updates to Advisors and clients as neededDevelop foundational knowledge of alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, private real estate, and infrastructureParticipate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on product offerings, operational changes, and regulatory updatesContribute to a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the operations support teamSeek guidance and mentorship from senior team members to support professional development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

At least 1 year of Financial Services ExperienceInterest in alternative investments and willingness to learnBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceA valid and active Series 7  license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment If you were registered after October 1, 2018 you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) examA valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Willingness to adapt and learn new technology and regulatory policies.Experience in operations or client service is a plus.
