Join our Fund Administration and Subscription team, where we provide highly customized and comprehensive service to both internal colleagues and end clients. As an Alternative Investment Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the prompt, accurate, and thorough execution of alternative investment documents at the request of our investment team. Your primary focus will be on supporting the fulfillment and communication of investment subscription and redemption documents, enabling clients to efficiently enter or exit alternative investments. Additionally, you will provide support to the broader alternative investment process.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Fund Administration and Subscription team to ensure timely completion of documents based on due dates.Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams, addressing questions related to legal and tax documentation for alternative investments.Monitor alternative investment interest submission amounts and complete investment subscription documentation.Prepare and send investment subscription or redemption documents to internal investment teams and external custodial partners while maintaining electronic records.Communicate with client team members to ensure accurate document completion and request updated information for system entry.Work with outside service providers to recommend technology enhancements for streamlining document generation and signature processes.Partner with internal teams and custodial partners to ensure efficient execution of client investments.Represent the firm as a subject matter expert in alternative investments.Complete ad hoc client-related projects as needed.Essential SkillsExperience in onboarding, customer service, and data entry.Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of experience in the financial industry or as a paralegal preferred.Familiarity with private equity or related investments is preferred.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate work style.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities to meet client demands.Strong collaborative team-player; self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Demonstrates tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in leveraging systems and processes for accurate and efficient execution of activities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Eager to contribute, learn, ask questions, and provide solutions.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with client account documentation is a plus.Ability to work in an office location.Work Environment
The position is based 100% in the office. The role requires proficiency in using technology and systems to manage tasks and ensure efficient operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
