Position Details: Role: Alternative Education Teacher Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin Start Date: August 2025 Contract Length: Full 2025–2026 school year Modality: In-person Schedule: Typical school shift (Monday–Friday) Hours: 40 hours/week Pay: Starting at $1600/week ?? What You’ll Do: Teach core subjects—Math and Reading—in a dynamic, activity-based learning environment. Work with smaller class sizes to provide personalized instruction. Promote character development and wellness as key components of student success. Engage students through hands-on learning and real-world applications. Collaborate with staff to support students’ academic and personal growth. ? What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required Experience in general education and hands-on teaching methods Passion for working with high school students in alternative settings Must hold or be eligible for Wisconsin DPI licensure Strong communication, empathy, and classroom management skills ??
