**Summary** The Alternate Site Project Manager/Captain is responsible for exercising leadership, maintaining high morale, directing and inspecting the performance of security personnel assigned to their site. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for ensuring any major incident is placed on a separate incident report and reviewed before distribution. + Manages the staffing of posts at the site in order to ensure complete coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, coverage for vacations, illness, and call-offs. + Review and ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility of all written reports, timesheets, & logbook entries. + Keeps post orders & operations manual accurate and up to date. + Notify the Site Project Manager of any outdated material contained in the post orders. + Compile written reports for submission to the Site Project Manager May be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. + _Supervision_ : Oversees and directly or indirectly supervises all Shift Supervisor I (Lieutenants) Armed Security Officers II and III (III Sargant) and security force personnel on the contract. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field _or_ five (5) years’ experience in security or law enforcement administrative and operations experience in the armed forces, armed security, police, or equivalent or related field, three (3) of which are at the supervisory level. + Three (3) years of progressively responsible general experience gained in analytical decision making and administrative work and activities. _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
