We support our colleagues across France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the UK, ensuring they have the right conditions, tools, and processes to thrive and perform.

We’re now looking for a motivated HR Working Student (Apprenticeship/Internship) to join our Paris team and support our international HR operations on a daily basis.

👉 Important: We require someone with valid working-student authorisation in France (apprenticeship/alternance contract) and who is fluent in both French and English.

  What you’ll do

Support HR administration: preparing contracts & amendments, managing onboarding/offboarding, probation follow-up, and absence tracking

Manage employee benefits across several countries (meal vouchers, Gymlib, learning budget, HappyPal, nursery places, medical visits)

Keep our Notion pages up to date (internal processes & HR info)

Learn to work with Workday: update employee data, track changes, and ensure accurate payroll processing

Gain exposure to international labor law (France – Syntec, Italy, Spain, UK, Ireland) and support compliance

  What we’re looking for

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (3rd/4th year) or Master’s degree in HR, employment law, or similar

Fluent in French & English (spoken and written – essential, as we work in English daily)

Must have valid working-student authorization in France (apprenticeship/alternance contract required)

Organized, curious, proactive, and people-oriented

Able to manage multiple topics in parallel

Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel…)
