On a typical day you will:

Work on a daily basis with an experienced tutor, who will support you as you learn the job. Learn how electronic and mechanical systems work, connecting components to form complex systems Learn to carry out repair or modernization work on elevators of all brands Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales resultsConduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on timeCollaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

What you will need to be successful (adjust for local regulations)

You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or business administratorYou have initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultationYou have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skillsYou are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver resultsYou are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organizationAdd any additional local requirements here
