**Job Purpose:** key contribution and impact in the organization in 1 sentence Work together with a team of production employees on mixing and filling our products. **Key Responsibilities:** + Working in a production team in two shifts + All work required to safely produce ink products at a high-quality level + Collection and preparation of raw materials + Weighing chemicals, measuring, mixing and filtering products + Testing of samples + Manual or machine filling + Adjusting, operating and maintaining the (filling) machines and forklift trucks + Manual packaging of products + Administrative tasks (creating batch cards and labels) + Monitoring and taking care of safety and order and cleanliness **The essential requirements of the job:** Years of experience: + Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Production, technical or distribution environment Education level: + VMBO level, obtained through education (diploma required); or through relevant work experience Other (certifications / systems / languages): + Good command of the Dutch and/or English language + Experience with Excel desired + You have or are willing to obtain the following certificates: Forklift, VCA and BHV Key competencies / soft skills: + Team player who works well with everyone + Results-oriented to achieve goals and problem solver that involves others as needed + Independent and hands-on Travel associated with the job: N/A **Additional requirements / Nice to have:** + Available for two shifts (morning: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm / afternoon-evening: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm) At Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
