Allocation Manager
Job Title: Allocation Manager
Job Description

As an Allocation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining metrics, analyzing data to assess performance, and implementing improvements. You will be responsible for assisting with any arising problems or complaints and recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, and motivating the Inventory & Allocation workforce. The role involves meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets while complying with laws, regulations, and cGMP requirements. You will prepare accurate reports for Plant Leadership and maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure all production jobs materials are staged in a timely manner at both the component warehouse and the production facility.Ensure all staged materials are allocated to each job in a timely manner.Ensure all allocation employees are properly trained in the work process, including all checks and balances.Ensure all pallets are properly produced in the system using the 'Check Point Charlie' work process.Ensure all daily reviews of the system and jobs are completed daily with all corrections, including documentation and changing any work process required.Work with sister plants to align and improve work processes.Essential SkillsExpertise in inventory management systems, inventory planning, inventory accuracy, and inventory control.Medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Medium to advanced skills in Inventory Management Systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsA degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Supply Chain Management.5-7 years of inventory management experience.5-7 years of people management experience overseeing teams of 15-20 members across multiple shifts.Work Environment

The work environment consists of an office cubicle setting. It offers a structured atmosphere where you will collaborate with other departments and sister plants to improve work processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

A candidate will get benefits over to the candidate once they have got an interview.
