The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity as: Alliances Specialist - Microsoft SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Work Model: Hybrid | Location: Mexico City In this role you will be responsible for creating, launching, and leading all business elements related to Microsoft alliance sales with SoftwareONE through programs. This includes defining and executing business strategy, driving new sales in commercial and public sectors, and executing lead generation campaigns. Core Accountabilities: Maintain direct engagement with Microsoft stakeholders. Navigate internally to drive initiatives and close opportunities. Promote SoftwareOne within the partner organization. Contribute to go-to-market strategies and marketing activities. Provide vertical expertise and identify business opportunities. Monitor pipeline and provide weekly updates on opportunities. Collaborate with marketing on branding and campaigns. What we need to see from you Degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience. Expertise in program operations, ensuring compliance and optimization. Navigate internally to drive initiatives and close opportunities. Ability to identify program changes and manage risks, escalations, and cross-group coordination. Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft solutions, but strong skills and operational focus are most important. Soft Skills: Proactivity and autonomy. Proactive and collaborative attitude; results-oriented. Negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication.
