Alliances Manager UKI
**JOB TITLE:** Alliance Manager **DEPARTMENT:** ESI Sales **LOCATION:** London UK **REPORTS TO:** Direct line to VP, ESI Alliances & Channels Dotted line to DVP Sales, UKI **ROLE PURPOSE:** + The objective for Alliance Manager will be to drive sales partnership initiatives that will accelerate sales growth, primarily within the upmarket and MNC segments, through the development of designated alliance partners such as global HCM players and Consulting firms. + The role will be required to coordinate both internal and external parties to meet this objective. **RESPONSABILITIES:** + Grow ADP UKI sales partnerships in the upmarket and MNC segments through sales interaction with existing partners and enrollment of new alliance partners + Consistently meet and exceed revenue/alliance sales targets + Build strategic relationships with alliance partners and key contacts within the designated firms + Assist in the sales process by providing expertise within dedicated alliance partners and demonstrating to clients/prospects our understanding of their business and clients + Work in conjunction with all relevant roles/segments in sales, operations, legal and marketing to execute alliance programs + Initiate and coordinate various sales and marketing programs with alliance partners + Regularly track and benchmark sales progress/growth with alliance partners and develop strategies for growth + Coordinate and participate in prospecting efforts in order to identify sales opportunities through alliance partners + Contribute to developing processes for evaluating new alliance opportunities **Contribute to developing new approaches to add value to alliance partnerships & increase ADP's footprint and competitive advantage in UKI** + The objective for Alliance Manager will be to drive sales partnership initiatives that will accelerate sales growth, primarily within the upmarket and MNC segments, through the development of designated alliance partners such as global HCM players and Consulting firms. + The role will be required to coordinate both internal and external parties to meet this objective. **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:** + 15+ years of industry experience with strong alliances and partnerships management in IT/HCM/business services is required + Experience in HR Advisory / management consulting and complex HCM Sales a plus. + Strong relationship building with key consulting/HCM transformation partners with high intellectual capabilities + Extensive hands-on pipeline building and partner management experience + Strong collaboration capability with sales team and other cross functional supporting team virtually & globally + Strong ability to influence c-Levels + Strong communication skills + Be able to work in dynamic team environment with challenges + Bachelor's Degree **COMPETENCIES:** + Adaptability + Servcie orientation/Client Focus + Ethics/Integrity + Results Orientation + Process & Project Management + Innovation + Alignment + Talent Development + Collaboration + Performance management + Professional/Technical Expertise **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
