The opportunity

As our Alliances and Managed Services Marketing Leader, you’ll work very closely with the business to deliver BMC strategies and programs against the Oceania All In business strategy which includes activating our Alliance partner relationships and managed services as part of our focus on technology-enabled transformation, under-pinned by our relationships with leading technology partners such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow and more. 

 

This is a hybrid position and can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Strategic and Stakeholder Leadership: Advise senior leaders on strategy, align marketing plans with business growth priorities, and build credibility through insightful, integrity-driven stakeholder engagement. Marketing Execution and Innovation: Lead alliance marketing initiatives, develop multi-channel campaigns, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, innovation, and industry best practices. Operational Oversight: Manage team performance and culture, oversee budget planning and reporting, and ensure efficient resource use while supporting broader performance outcomes.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

Extensive B2B Marketing Expertise: Over 8 years of experience in dynamic, matrixed environments—especially in professional services and alliance ecosystems like SAP, Microsoft, and Salesforce—with a strong track record in managing complex projects and delivering results across global structures. Strategic, Tech-Savvy Communicator: Skilled in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and synthesising complex ideas into impactful messaging; advanced in using AI tools such as Co-pilot, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to enhance marketing effectiveness. Collaborative Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Known for exceptional networking, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration; consistently meets objectives and deadlines while driving productivity, innovation, and stakeholder value.
