**Description and Requirements**
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Alliance Director** to lead and manage Lenovo Solutions and Services Group (SSG)’s **global strategic partnerships** with **SAP** and **ServiceNow** . This role will be responsible for shaping and executing Lenovo’s global alliance strategy across all major geographies, aligning Lenovo’s Services offerings and go-to-market initiatives with the joint value propositions of SAP and ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the enterprise software ecosystem, demonstrated experience managing international partner relationships, and the ability to scale joint initiatives worldwide by working across a highly matrixed global organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Global Alliance Strategy & Planning**
+ Define and execute Lenovo’s global alliance strategy with SAP and ServiceNow, aligning with SSG's long-term objectives and regional growth priorities.
+ Create and drive global partner business plans, including revenue goals, geographic expansion, and vertical market focus.
+ Coordinate across regions (NA, EMEA, AP, LATAM) to localize strategies and ensure consistent global execution.
+ **Global Partner Engagement & Relationship Management**
+ Serve as the global alliance lead for SAP and ServiceNow, managing strategic relationships with worldwide partner teams.
+ Build trusted executive-level relationships across the SAP and ServiceNow ecosystems, including global alliances, sales, marketing, and product leadership.
+ Manage a global governance model with regular business reviews and executive alignment across both partners and internal Lenovo stakeholders.
+ **Joint Global Solution Development**
+ Identify and lead global opportunities for joint solution development and integration, leveraging Lenovo’s infrastructure and services capabilities.
+ Collaborate with Lenovo’s product, services, and delivery teams globally to co-create repeatable solutions that address customer challenges across industries.
+ **Go-to-Market & Field Enablement**
+ Develop and execute global GTM plans including joint campaigns, sales plays, and enablement programs.
+ Partner with global and regional sales teams to drive joint pipeline, support deal execution, and scale co-selling efforts across markets.
+ Ensure Lenovo field and partner field teams are aligned, trained, and equipped with the right joint value propositions and tools.
+ **Performance Tracking & Global Reporting**
+ Establish and track global KPIs, revenue targets, and joint pipeline metrics for both SAP and ServiceNow partnerships.
+ Consolidate inputs across geographies to report performance to Lenovo and partner executive leadership.
+ Continuously optimize global alliance programs based on data, feedback, and market trends.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of experience in global alliance management, strategic partnerships, or business development within enterprise IT.
+ Proven success managing global partnerships with SAP, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise software companies.
+ Experience building and executing global go-to-market strategies and influencing regional execution.
+ Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills across geographies and organizational levels.
+ Strong project management, business planning, and organizational agility in a global, matrixed environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Services background with a focus on IT transformation, managed services, or hybrid cloud delivery models.
+ Familiarity with Lenovo’s portfolio, including edge, infrastructure, and professional services.
+ Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems and global customer requirements.
+ Willingness to travel internationally as needed to build relationships and drive alignment.
