Leidos is seeking a dedicated _All-Source Analytic Tradecraft and Assessments Analyst_ to support the 16th Air Force and Air Combat Command's ISR missions under the expansive AF DCGS Enterprise. As part of a large-scale Military Intelligence Program, you'll be instrumental in advancing analytic excellence across the 480th ISR Wing. Your work will directly shape intelligence products, tradecraft integrity, and strategic recommendations delivered to senior leadership. **What You'll Do:** + Evaluate AF DCGS analytical outputs against ODNI Community Directives, identifying trends, strengths, gaps, and actionable improvements. + Interface with subordinate units to assess intelligence production effectiveness across Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET). + Collaborate with senior leadership to develop metrics and enhance tradecraft policy, guidance, and quality assurance practices. + Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms to innovate assessments and define programmatic requirements. + Advise leadership on analytic process enhancement, product dissemination, and training strategy development. + Foster cross-organizational collaboration to refine both tactical and strategic All-Source Intelligence capabilities. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of intelligence experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree). + Completed a DoD or IC specialized career field program. + Deep understanding of AF DCGS operations, ISR platforms/sensors, and Analysis & Exploitation Team workflows. + Fluency in DoD/IC directives and DCGS TTPs. + Expertise in assessment tools and data platforms (JIRA, Confluence, DOF). + Must have a current Top Secret SCI security clearance. + Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a dynamic team environment.
