If the answer is yes, we invite **you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what’s possible for a sustainable world.** The primary purpose of an **ALKO Site Engineering Leader** at Trane Technologies is to take full leadership of ALKO‑related product and technology development, as well as annual and quarterly product development planning, to meet market demand and align with company strategy. **What you will do:** Work with associated functional teams to develop and refine ALKO product roadmap and technology roadmap, seek opportunity to continuously improve our marketing position on cost, quality and performance. Leading and managing AKLO related VAVE events and projects, with rigors on standard processes and delivery on quality. Lead the team to achieve business goals, create and standardize technical guidance, provide support to the product development team, ensure the capability to design market-competitive products, and enhance the core competitiveness of ALKO's product technology. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Other core projects/task assigned by Leadership team. **What you will bring:** Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, HVAC (Building Environment and Equipment Engineering), Refrigeration Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines; a Master’s degree or above is preferred. Over 8 years of R&D experience in HVAC products (such as air‑handling units, terminal devices, heat pumps) or related electromechanical products, including more than 3 years of R&D team management experience. Experience in leading new products from concept to launch and full-cycle mass production is a strong plus. Familiar with domestic and international HVAC industry technology trends, market needs, and relevant standards (e.g., GB, ISO, AHRI); knowledgeable about competitor products. Proficient in key R&D areas such as product structural design, system integration, and performance optimization; skilled in CAD, SolidWorks, Pro/E, and other 3D design tools, as well as CFD, FMEA, and related engineering analysis tools. Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements related to product development (e.g., environmental protection, safety, and energy efficiency standards), and capable of driving standardization and modularization in the R&D process. Able to lead the resolution of complex technical challenges during product development (such as performance issues or process conflicts), with strong data-driven analytical and closed-loop problem‑solving capabilities.
