Position Summary:
Carry out and support IT compliance project tasks related to requirements, design, implementation, and management of applications, products, and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and execute activities for SOX, PCI, and SOC2 compliance assessments. Proficient in conducting access governance tasks, including privileged access and all user access reviews. Assist with infrastructure vulnerability assessments and PCI compliance efforts to achieve annual certification. Support and monitor open remediation items from SOX, PCI, and SOC2 assessments to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate closely with both Internal and External audit teams to facilitate periodic audits. Provide written status updates weekly and as needed for Information Security leadership. Gain exposure to control automation using identity governance, GRC, and other available tools. Act as a liaison between audit teams and business/IT teams to align on risk findings. Develop, document, and coordinate remediation activities, emphasizing process analysis and re-engineering aligned with compliance goals. If appropriate, assist with ad hoc security consultations and offer guidance and support to IT and business teams. Implement process changes by integrating new procedures with existing workflows and communicating these to impacted teams. As needed, participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT strategies and plans. Recommend and deploy effective security solutions based on business needs, while analyzing and assessing their compliance consequences. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience Experience: 5 - 7 years Certifications (One certification required): A+, Security+, Network+ Certifications (preferred but not required): CISA, CISM, CISSP Demonstrates advanced knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories in IT governance, risk, and compliance discipline, and has good knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.

Demonstrates business knowledge and analyze the impact of emerging industry trends. Contributes to the strategic direction of the function. Advises senior management on issues as they pertain to larger organizational issues/business initiatives.
