**Job Description Summary** The Digital Leader for AKA is a senior strategic role responsible for crafting and executing the strategy for GE HealthCare’s digital business across the AKA (ASEAN, Korea, Australia & New Zealand) region. This leader will own the vision for digital technology leadership and drive GE HealthCare’s internal digital transformation. This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer (CCSO), AKA. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. **Job Description** **Job Description** **Commercial Leadership & Sales Execution** + Lead the regional digital sales strategy, driving commercial rigor and building a robust, multi-year pipeline for GE HealthCare’s digital portfolio, including key solutions like Command Center. + Partner with AKA commercial leaders and account managers to drive digital solutions and sales alongside core equipment deals or as standalone opportunities, creating holistic solutions that increase customer value and share-of-wallet. + Drive business development activities in collaboration with sales leaders to identify new markets and opportunities for digital growth. + Personally engage C-level executives at strategic and key accounts to develop and close high-value, complex digital solution opportunities. + Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with third-party AI and digital solution providers to augment and enhance GE HealthCare’s competitive offerings. **Digital Transformation** + Champion a learning environment to coach and equip commercial teams to evolve and become trusted digital solution providers + Overcome internal barriers to digital adoption, ensuring alignment and integration across GE commercial, service, and functional teams. **Digital Strategy and Execution** + Collaborate with country General Managers to understand their unique digital needs, informing the overarching AKA digital strategy. + Drive market analysis and intelligence activities to effectively utilize insights for competitive advantage and market share expansion. + Build GE HealthCare AKA’s digital brand equity and develop strategic opportunities for long-term growth. + Orchestrate the execution of the Digital Strategy, with the expectation of traveling to individual countries to help structure and execute bespoke digital initiatives with local teams. + Manage the activation and integration of new digital products and solutions across core business segments, ensuring seamless operation and customer alignment. + Develop and scale SaaS/HaaS/Subscription-based offerings, collaborating closely with Finance and HFS teams to secure capital partners for these models. + Provide senior support in closing strategic deals and managing customer escalations, ensuring robust external representation with customers, government bodies, and industry associations. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field. + Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, strategic marketing, or commercial leadership, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry. + Demonstrated P&L or senior commercial management of digital products like command center with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. + Strong understanding of digital health ecosystems and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM). + Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a servant-leadership mindset. + Commercial Intensity & Assertiveness: Tenacity, grit, and strong influencing skills to drive outcomes across business functions; confidence to defend decisions and make critical judgment calls. + Innovative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to think outside the box and build scalable systems and processes that provide a transparent view of financial outcomes. + A proactive and accountable self-starter with excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills. + Native fluency in English is required; fluency in a local language is a strong plus. + Experience working in complex, matrixed business environments with strong influencing and conflict resolution abilities. + Willingness to travel for work (25-40%). **Preferred Qualifications** + Direct experience with healthcare operations, strategy formulation, or large-scale digital health implementations. + Exposure to diagnostic healthcare services and workflows. **Inclusion and Diversity** GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
