Job Description
We are seeking an Airtable Consultant to lead a critical initiative: transforming how Paid Media campaigns are managed. These campaigns represent multi-million-dollar investments across digital, social, TV, radio/podcasts, and out-of-home channels, and currently rely on fragmented Google Docs and manual processes. Your mission will be to design and implement a unified Airtable ecosystem that streamlines workflows for campaign planning, asset tracking, creative approvals, tagging, versioning, delivery, and reporting—eliminating inefficiencies and reducing risk of errors. This role is pivotal to enabling automation, improving collaboration, and unlocking Airtable AI for advanced solutioning. Responsibilities
Partner with Paid Media, Marketing Solutions, and cross-functional teams to define and elevate workflow strategy within Airtable
Capture current-state processes and design future-state workflows for campaign management
Build and implement Airtable solutions leveraging AI, automation, custom scripting, and integrations
Consolidate fragmented campaign data into a single Airtable ecosystem for all brands
Define and communicate the value story for all enhancements and projects
Manage demos, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder communications
Provide training and enablement for teams to maximize Airtable adoption and efficiency
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects iteratively in a dynamic, agile environment
Offer occasional off-hours support for critical deployments or urgent issues

Skills and Requirements
Prior Airtable configuration experience with examples of successfully launched workflows powered by Airtable
4+ years of working with SaaS products (i.e., Airtable, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and building workflows or project plans
Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction
A strategic thinker who loves to problem solve with a strong customer-first/user-experience viewpoint
Able to manage numerous projects concurrently with different stakeholders and timelines
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work East Coast hours; location is nationwide (remote)
Experience with marketing workflows and campaign management is highly preferred
Strong understanding of Airtable integrations, automation, and AI capabilities
Experience with custom scripting, custom extensions, or 3rd-party integrations in Airtable
