AIRR Project Manager
Job Description FOR OTI EMPLOYEES ONLY - Plan and implement projects based on defined objectives and goals determined by Threat Management leadership; - Oversee the Agency Incident Response Readiness (AIRR) program staff to ensures project deliverable are met; - Oversee the cyber asset information toolset; - Oversee agency incident response training; - Help define project scope, goals and deliverables; - Define tasks, required resources, and milestones of the project; - Allocate project resources and tasks based on availability; - Create project schedule and timeline; - Track deliverables and milestones; - Monitor and report on project progress; - Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well roadblocks faced; - Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs; - Evaluate, assess and report result of project; - Lead regular project meetings; - Manage Proofs-of-Concept (PoC) trials for new technology solutions as part of ongoing projects or as independent projects; - Provide weekly project reports and metrics to key stakeholders; - Liaise with other city government agencies to facilitate project completion; - Build and maintain professional contacts with customers, stakeholders, and vendors; - Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned. HOURS/SHIFT Day - Due to the necessary technical duties of this position in a 24/7 operation, candidate may be required to work various shifts such as weekends and/or nights/evenings.
