Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an experienced Airport Systems Integration and Operations Manager to join our team for a major aviation program in the European Union (EU). In this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the integration, commissioning, and operational readiness of complex airport systems, and overseeing the operations of airport infrastructure. This position ensures that all airport systems are effectively integrated, tested, and prepared for operational use within a major aviation program.
This position requires extensive experience in airport operations and large, complex construction or infrastructure projects, including leadership roles on multiple major projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and coordinate integration of all airport systems to ensure seamless functionality and operational readiness.
Manage operational planning, testing, and commissioning of airport facilities and systems.
Coordinate with design, construction, ICT, safety, and operations teams to align schedules and system dependencies.
Oversee the development and implementation of operational procedures and readiness plans.
Supervise the transition from construction to operations, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
Conduct readiness assessments, system interface testing, and acceptance procedures.
Manage operational risk assessments and contingency planning.
Provide operational input into design development and value engineering reviews.
Ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations, codes, and standards.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
University degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related technical discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in airport operations.
At least 15 years of professional experience in the implementation of large, complex construction projects or in the operation of infrastructure or industrial facilities.
Has held the same or a similar position for at least two projects with a value of at least EUR 115 million.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in Poland as a member of a construction supervision team for a new airport, industrial facility, or transport infrastructure project with a minimum value of EUR 175 million.
Have experience with Polish Public Procurement Law (PPL)

Strong understanding of airport operations and regulatory requirements.
