2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Airport Sales Team Lead!
We are seeking a confident, polished, and results-driven Airport Sales Team Lead to oversee a team of Sales Ambassadors representing a premium credit card provider in partnership with one of the world’s greatest airlines. Based at a kiosk inside an airport, this role combines individual sales performance with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional customer experience while achieving enrollment goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, executive presence, and proven leadership ability in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Availability Required: Monday to Sunday with shifts falling between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Days: 5 days per week
Pay: $22.00 / hr + Weekly Sales Incentive
Work Environment and Schedule
Airport-based kiosk with sustained foot traffic; role is fully on-site, visible, and guest-facing throughout each shift
Variable schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with flight volumes and terminal traffic patterns

Job Description:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Ambassadors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Proactively approach and engage travelers while modeling best-in-class customer interactions and sales techniques
Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to team members to maximize individual and collective performance
Monitor kiosk operations to ensure compliance with airport, security, and financial marketing requirements
Communicate updates, expectations, and results between the field team and management
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing, and ensure team accuracy in messaging
Deliver polished customer interactions reflecting executive presence in every engagement
Represent the partnership between a premium credit card provider and one of the world’s greatest airlines with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a similar customer-facing leadership role
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, inspire, and hold others accountable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly with diverse travelers
Confident demeanor and executive presence suitable for engaging with upscale, global travelers
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-volume, airport environment
Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability
A smartphone with a data plan
Additional Qualifications
Must pass required background screening and obtain/maintain airport badging per local regulations
Completion of all required training on security protocols, guest privacy, and financial marketing compliance prior to kiosk activation is mandatory
