QualificationsFluent English (B2 level or higher)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience with airline reservation software is an advantageStrong attention to detail and customer care orientationAbility to work remotely and independentlyFlexibility to work on day/late/night shiftsFlexibility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
