Job Title: Aircraft Records AnalystJob Description
This position serves as a member of the ACM Digital Data department, responsible for the processing and retention of all aircraft maintenance records.
Responsibilities
+ Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department.
+ Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Identify, track, and upload corrections to discrepant records.
+ Ensure timely, accurate, and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system.
+ Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other internal groups when records are needed.
+ Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries.
+ Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data.
+ Distribute and retain documents as required by AA and FAA policy.
+ Reconcile all aircraft log pages.
+ Prepare and scan aircraft records and maintenance paperwork at specific locations.
+ Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator.
Essential Skills
+ Associates degree or equivalent experience/training.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience or knowledge of records management; aviation maintenance records experience is a plus.
+ Experience with SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System, and Lotus Notes is desired.
+ 10-key by touch and typing 50 words per minute.
+ High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Collaborative and caring attitude with willingness to improve processes.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment
This is a temporary position with an end date on December 19. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, requiring focus and adaptability. The position offers a great entry-level opportunity for candidates to build out their career in aviation administration and maintenance programs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
