Your success is our success\. **Description** JOB SUMMARY: To fabricate, form, roll, joggle, punch, pierce, blank, and press a variety of sheet metal aircraft details\. May be required to work with higher grade operators while in training\. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Setup and operate various sizes of form, roll, joggle, punch, pierce, blank, and press equipment to fabricate aircraft details to specified dimensions, tolerances, and company specifications\. Utilize a variety of tools, blueprints, measuring instruments, and shop aids\. Plan and layout operational and set up sequences\. Perform routine duties in loading/unloading raw material as well as hand forming and straightening operations\. - Uses oil or soap solution to lubricate details, places material on forming device along with necessary coverings to ensure correct form\. o Monitors equipment and notifies supervision or maintenance of any problems\. - Manage/adjust amount of pressure necessary according to form requirements and learns to set equipment appropriately\. - Visually checks tooling to prevent damage to equipment and formed details\. + Utilize tool moving equipment as required and maintain and store tools\. + Responsible for the quality of own work\. + Performs other related duties as required\. **Qualifications** EDUCATION: Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification\. EXPERIENCE: No experience required\.
