Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Technician ResponsibilitiesPerform line maintenance, both on-call and scheduled, on various aircraft.Conduct routine maintenance and issue airworthiness releases to return aircraft to service.Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft engines and components, meeting deadlines and performance goals.Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble components to ensure full functionality.Ensure departing aircraft are safe and all work is documented according to FARs and manufacturer manuals.Perform assigned line maintenance duties and tasks.Collaborate with the air carrier's maintenance control center as required.Essential SkillsCurrent valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.3+ years of line maintenance experience.General Familiarity with A320 and A330 aircraft.Valid driver's license.Ability to stand, walk, and use hand dexterity frequently.Capability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.Visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information.Proficiency in reading and writing English.Ability to pass airport security checks.Flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred experience with B767-200/300 aircraft.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective customer-facing skills and professional interaction with flight crew.Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working without direct supervision.Work EnvironmentThe role is based at San Diego International Airport, primarily on the flightline. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
