STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Composite Technicians in Tucson, Arizona to perform high-quality composite repairs and modifications on regional, corporate, and commercial aircraft. Key Responsibilities: Perform structural composite repairs and modifications in accordance with FAA, OEM, and company standards Work with advanced composite materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, and honeycomb structures Use hand tools, curing ovens, vacuum bagging equipment, and other specialized tools for composite work Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, maintenance documentation, and quality requirements Collaborate with inspection and engineering teams to ensure adherence to airworthiness standards Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of composite repair and modification experience required FAA Airframe (A) or A&P License preferred CRJ airframe experience is a plus Previous work on corporate jets or commercial aircraft is strongly preferred Experience in an MRO or heavy maintenance environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Must be able to read and comprehend technical manuals and work instructions Must meet all safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards About STS Technical Services:
