The role requires strong leadership, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and a focus on service excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise and coordinate import/export air freight operations, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and regulatory compliance. + Manage a team of air freight coordinators; provide guidance, training, and performance reviews. + Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, customs brokers, and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement. + Monitor booking schedules, flight allocations, and shipment tracking; troubleshoot delays or exceptions. + Ensure timely and accurate submission of shipping documents, including Air Waybills, manifest, customs declarations, etc. + Review and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and service quality. + Coordinate with the sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure proper handover and execution of shipments. + Resolve service issues and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. + Support implementation of system tools (e.g., CargoWise, if applicable) and maintain accurate data entry and documentation. + Prepare operational reports and KPIs for management review. + Ensure compliance with all local and international trade regulations, including IATA, ICAO, and customs requirements. **Requirements & Qualifications:** + Degree, and 5-10 years' experience in Freight Forwarding industry **社員タイプ:** 常勤 UPSは、差別、ハラスメント、報復のない職場を提供することにコミットしています。
