Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AIOps Development Architect to lead the architecture and development of Lenovo’s AIOps product line. This role is responsible for core modules including CMDB, DCIM, automation platforms, and observability platforms etc., and for enabling intelligent operations features such as anomaly detection and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will also drive the integration of GenAI technologies to enhance the competitiveness and intelligence level of our AIOps offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Technical Leadership:
Lead architecture and development of core AIOps modules including CMDB, DCIM, automation, and observability platforms etc..
Design and implement AI-powered features such as anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and intelligent alerting.
Integrate GenAI technologies to elevate user experience and operational intelligence.
Ensure the scalability, availability, and reliability of the AIOps platform in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
2. Global Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with global engineering teams across Malaysia, Singapore, and other regions.
Drive standardization of AIOps architecture and promote engineering best practices.
3. Customer & Business Support:
Support integration of AIOps capabilities into Lenovo’s cloud and infrastructure products.
Work with product, sales, and solution teams to address customer requirements and business goals.
Provide architectural support in customer engagements, pilots, and solution design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development and architecture, especially in AIOps or infrastructure-related systems.
- Deep understanding of AIOps domains such as CMDB, observability, automation, and data center infrastructure management (DCIM).
- Proficient in Java, with strong experience in Spring and Spring Cloud frameworks.
- Familiar with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and Scrum agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of applying AI/ML or GenAI technologies to IT operations is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to work across global teams and customer environments.
