Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing personal care for Home Health and Hospice patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis, in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations and agency policies and procedures. This is an entry-level support position, working under limited supervision. Work situations require a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills for the purpose of supporting delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups. Independent decision-making is expected in the execution of daily routine duties.

High School graduate or GEDWashington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA)Current BLS certificationCurrent Washington state driver’s licenseTechnical training in related field required Home health or hospice experience preferredOne (1) year of Certified Nursing Assistant experienceProof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.67 - $29.75 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
