To drive cultural change and create tangible business impact with AI, we are looking for an AI Transformation Lead 100% (all genders).
You will be responsible for boosting business value through AI by driving impactful transformation across the organization. This role plans and executes the tailored embedding of AI into the organizational fabric, creates measurable business value and an innovative mindset across all functions in close collaboration with HR and training functions. The AI Transformation Lead will spearhead AI adoption initiatives, educate and empower AI Ambassadors, manage strategic campaigns, and foster a culture of continuous innovation. 
Your TasksDrive AI adoption across the organization by identifying and realizing tangible benefits in the businessDefine concept with clear targets, personas, and baseline KPIs to guide AI adoption and track progressCoordinate and enable local AI champions to maximize impact and ROI within business unitsCollaborate closely with training and communication teams to design and execute tailored AI skills development and awareness programs, including for leadership functionsEstablish, curate, and manage AI training content and initiativesLead and manage campaigns such as AI innovation awards to promote and recognize AI excellenceEmbed responsible AI practices, ensuring ethical, legal, and security complianceMeasure and communicate the impact of AI projects on business performance and strategic objectivesFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through AI-driven change management
What You Need to SucceedMaster’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI or related STEM fieldStrong project and change management expertiseExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse levels, cultures and audiences in English (business fluent), German is a plusAbility to translate AI concepts and technologies (e.g. NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, GenAI) in business understanding and applicationPrior hands-on experience in AI-related projects, from concept through deployment, is preferredProven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and training programsData-driven mindset linking AI initiatives to measurable business outcomesExperience working in global matrix organizations and managing champion or learning programs
