AI Solution Manager

**You are responsible for**
+ Prototyping & Development: Rapidly design and train deep learning models (Proof of Concepts) to solve clinical problems, such as anatomical segmentation, object detection, and image enhancement.
+ Design and manage the integration of AI models and algorithms into existing software platforms and business operations.
+ Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and partners to translate AI capabilities into scalable solutions.
+ Develop and maintain integration frameworks and tools that support efficient deployment and operation of AI models.
+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated AI solutions, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
+ Implement best practices for AI integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
+ Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, system configurations, and technical specifications.
+ Algorithm Adaptation: Adapt state-of-the-art Computer Vision algorithms (e.g., U-Net, YOLO, Transformers) to medical X-ray/video data.
+ Data Pipeline: Help build the initial data infrastructure – cleaning data, defining annotation rules, and managing datasets for training.
+ Continuous Learning: Learn the specific domain knowledge of Interventional X-ray (Azurion) and clinical workflows on the job.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, EE, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
+ Experience: 5+ years of experience in Computer Vision / Deep Learning. (We are open to candidates from non-medical backgrounds like security, industrial inspection, or autonomous driving).
+ Strong technical skills with object-oriented software programming (e.g., C++, Python, Java) and prefer large-scale software architecture design.
+ Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch (or TensorFlow).
+ Solid experience with standard CV tasks: Segmentation, Object Detection, or Classification.
+ Ability to read papers and reproduce results in code.
+ Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience with Medical Imaging (DICOM, CT, X-ray) is a plus
+ Experience handling video/time-series data (because our data is dynamic).
+ Basic knowledge of C++ or model deployment (ONNX/TensorRT) is a plus.
+ Experience with 3D data processing.
**Skills:**
+ Demonstrated experience collaborating across clinical, product, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.
+ Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
+ Ability to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications.
+ Strong leadership, mentoring, and influence skills within multi-disciplinary teams.
+ Ability to present complex AI concepts clearly to stakeholders and clinicians.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
