**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
+ Experience leading and scaling teams in a cloud-based PaaS and SaaS environment.
+ Experience in working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.
+ Experience selling cloud-based IT solutions to companies in the Korea market.
+ Experience selling business intelligence technologies to clients.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
+ Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed technology into a product set.
+ Experience promoting AI technology stack.
+ Knowledge of Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
+ Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI.

You will collaborate with sales, providing guidance on our AI capabilities, and act as a liaison with product management and engineering, ensuring customer feedback shapes the evolution of Google Cloud's AI offerings. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and setting Google Cloud Platform's (GCP) leadership in the AI-driven future of work. You will grow the AI business across Korea by building and leading a team who are working to deploy our AI solutions. You will build relationships with partners and external customer stakeholders, identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team.

**Responsibilities**
+ Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert together with our team, and influence long-term direction for new and existing customers.
+ Work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSR), Customer Engineer (CE) teams, Field Solution Architects (FSA) to ensure AI adoption, customer satisfaction and business growth.
+ Execute Go-To-Market business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Partners.
+ Support our team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, ensure transition and a path to production. Articulate key solution differentiators and the business impact.
+ Coach the team to identify, advance, and win opportunities and AI bookings, manage business pipelines, and accelerate business growth.
