Job Description

AI Risk Assessment

Develop risk frameworks, policies, and controls for AI and Machine Learning applications.Conduct assessements and mitigations of risks related to AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.Monitor AI/ML models, and assess data privacy risks.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

Ensure adherence to GDPR, AI-Act and other AI-related regulations.Define risk criteria in the the context of AI in close alignment with legal department.Collaborate with compliance, cybersecurity and business teams to align risk mitigation.

Risk Governance & Controls

Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitoring frameworks for AI applications.Establish processes to enable efficient and effective risk evaluations and mitigations.Support application owners and users to fullfill legal requirements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work with business leaders, product teams, and data scientists to ensure governance in machine learning solutions.Provide awareness campagnes and trainings to ensure the required attention for risks by using AI.Ensure that machine learning initiatives are aligned with the broader company strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.

QualificationsUnderstanding of AI model risks, bias, and ethical considerations.Knowledge of GDPR, AI Act, and industry-specific regulations.Familiarity with data security frameworks, encryption, and access control.Experience in risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.Ability to manage and respond to AI/data-related incidents.Strong ability to align risk strategies with business objectives.

This is a hybrid job with high flexibility. Hiring can take place at different OESL IT Locations

Compensation package - 14th salaries plus performance bonusLunch Allowance - in line with local regulationFlexibility - Flexible schedule, hybrid work.Home-Office - Employees received 1,00€ net for each Home-Office day, paid monthly.Work Abroad - Possibility to work abroad within the EU for 20+20 days per year (two different countries).Vacation days - 22 days per year + 3 extra days the following year (considering absenteeism). Seniority days added starting from 3 years in the company.Referral Bonus - A bonus of 500€ or 750€ (depending on the seniority of the candidate) is paid for each referral.
