AI Technical Product Manager

Role Description
We are seeking an AI Technical Product Manager/Product Owner to own Agentic AI products across Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production. This role is responsible for translating product intent and business needs into clear, testable, agent‑ready requirements, and for ensuring that autonomous and semi‑autonomous agents deliver the expected outcomes in real‑world, regulated environments.
Operating as part of the ATS CAITI Core Development Team, the AI Product Owner owns the product backlog, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready, and acts as the primary execution‑time liaison between Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA/Validation, and Business. The role works closely with the AI Product Manager to support scope and prioritization decisions, while maintaining day‑to‑day ownership of product execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own the execution‑level product ownership of Agentic AI solutions across Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production.Translate business needs and product intent into agent‑ready user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.Own and maintain the Agentic AI product backlog, ensuring clarity, readiness, and alignment with delivery constraints.Define and enforce Definition of Ready and acceptance standards suitable for autonomous and human‑in‑the‑loop agent workflows.Drive backlog prioritization and refinement, balancing agent capabilities, evaluation readiness, non‑functional requirements, and delivery feasibility.Partner with AI Product Managers to support MVP scope and sequencing decisions, ensuring feasibility and readiness against value hypotheses and success KPIs.Collaborate closely with Architecture, Engineering, and UX to shape agent behavior, orchestration patterns, guardrails, and exception handling early in the lifecycle.Act as the primary execution‑time product contact for engineering teams, clarifying intent, resolving scope questions, and validating delivered outcomes.Own story acceptance and UAT, ensuring delivered agent behavior meets defined success criteria, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.Manage the post‑release backlog for enhancements, defects, and agent tuning, informed by telemetry, user feedback, and operational insights.Key Qualifications
Experience
4–6+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering Agentic AI, AI, data, or workflow‑driven products.Hands‑on experience owning backlogs and requirements across PoC, MVP, and Production lifecycles.Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality software solutions.Agentic & Technical Background
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience spanning product management, software delivery, and AI/data systems.Experience translating requirements for AI or Agentic systems, including workflows involving reasoning, orchestration, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns.Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, APIs, data flows, and agile delivery practices.Ability to reason about agent behavior, failure modes, and acceptance criteria, even without being the technical implementer.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł155,600.00 - zł289,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
