AI Product Manager
Job Description We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation Agentic AI platform at the world’s largest RV retailer. You will own the end-to-end product strategy for a portfolio of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents designed to fundamentally transform dealership operations. Rather than building tools that merely assist employees, you will create proactive, intelligent agents that independently handle critical workflows—from first customer touchpoint through final service delivery. A primary focus will be developing “Agentic SDRs” capable of autonomously qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and booking appointments to revolutionize the sales funnel, while simultaneously pioneering agentic applications across service operations, parts management, and employee performance systems. This is a rare opportunity to architect an interconnected ecosystem of AI agents that will redefine efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence at enterprise scale. In this role, you will define and execute a multi-year product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact opportunities across sales, service, and internal operations. You will lead the design and deployment of Agentic SDRs and extend the agentic paradigm to automate service scheduling, customer communications, and next-best-action logic within platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and external vendors to build robust, scalable AI solutions, while also championing the broader cultural and organizational shift toward agentic AI adoption. By creating AI-powered performance management tools that deliver real-time insights and personalized coaching to sales associates, service technicians, and other key roles, you will drive measurable improvements in productivity and effectiveness across the dealership network. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who can articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, rally cross-functional teams, and deliver transformative AI products that position our business far ahead of the industry curve. Skills and Requirements • Proven experience in product management with a strong portfolio of successfully launched AI, machine learning, or data-driven products. • Experience with business process automation is essential; experience in sales, service, or dealership operations is a major plus. • Deep understanding of the B2C customer lifecycle, from lead generation and sales to post-purchase support and service. • Strong technical foundation in conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning concepts. You must be able to assess the feasibility of complex, agentic systems. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce highly preferred) and conversational platforms/APIs (e.g., Twilio Flex). • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects that unite business, data science, and engineering teams around a common goal. • A passion for building autonomous systems and a clear vision for how AI can fundamentally reshape business operations.
