Role purpose
Vodafone is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Product Manager with a focus on generative AI and chatbots to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our HR services and operations, with specific attention dedicated to our HR Digital Assistant. Your expertise in AI technologies, combined with a deep understanding of the HR domain, will be essential in driving the success of our AI initiatives across internal builds, vendor solutions and anything in between.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for AIdriven HR solutions, including generative AI, chatbots & agentic AI, that align with Vodafone's business goals. Roadmap Development: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for AI projects in the HR domain. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. AI Solution Design: Contribute to the design and development of AI solutions, tools, and architectures that power generative AI and chatbot solutions for HR applications. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, in collaboration with the Delivery team. Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize AI models, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement of HR-related AI solutions. User Experience: Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for HR employees and candidates interacting with AI-powered chatbots and applications. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all AI solutions comply with relevant regulations, data privacy standards, ethical guidelines, in line with Vodafone’s own AI governance strategy. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI & genAI technologies, tools and platforms to drive innovation and maintain Vodafone's competitive edge.
What you bring
Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 3 years of experience as a product manager. Proven experience in AI product management such as generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and/or chatbot development. Experience in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI GPT, Transformers), programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), and data pipelines/analytics platforms. Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget. Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead international, cross-functional teams to achieve common goalsAdvanced level of English as it is the main working language.
NICE TO HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Experience in the HR domain.
