Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI/ML Engineer. This role is hybrid (2-3X per week in office) in Phoenix, AZ or NYC. Phoenix is preferred, but NYC will be considered for top candidates. Summary: Our client is massively expanding its AI/ML Engineering team to drive innovation across Risk & Compliance, Privacy, and Governance applications. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, guiding partner teams through the AI/ML lifecycle and building production-ready solutions in Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning. Key Responsibilities: * Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI, LangChain, and NLP use cases * Partner with internal application teams to ideate, prioritize, and implement AI/ML-driven solutions * Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrating AI/ML models into batch and real-time applications * Author and maintain clear documentation (data dictionaries, model docs, code docs) to support governance and compliance * Contribute to the intake process by evaluating problem statements and providing technical guidance * Collaborate across teams, from ideation through production deployment and maintenance
