AI Lead Product **Owner** **About the Role** We are seeking a **highly skilled AI Tech Lead / Senior Developer** to drive the design, development, and integration of agentic AI solutions within Philips’ CRM landscape (Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Conga CPQ, CLM). The role requires a strong foundation in AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic workflows, coupled with solid experience in enterprise-grade application development. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise (AI/ML, Python, Java, JavaScript, MCP, microservices, React.js) with domain knowledge in CRM and CPQ/CLM to design innovative solutions that improve automation, contract lifecycle management, quoting processes, and customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms. + Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications, leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain. + Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows. + Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation. + Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to align AI solutions with existing CPQ/CLM processes (contract lifecycle, framework contract management, quoting). + Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications. + Drive MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. + Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, authentication, and data validation standards. + Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong AI capability foundation within Philips. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + **Skills:** Product Owner – CPQ + **Experience:** 10+ years in CPQ/CLM domainProven track record managing end-to-end CPQ/CLM projectsStrong AI skillsExperience building home-grown CPQ/CLM applications. **Desirable Skills** + Experience with CPQ/CLM domain implementation projects. + Knowledge of contract lifecycle management frameworks and enterprise quoting systems. + Exposure to hyperautomation tools (AI Builder, Power Automate, Flow Builder). + Prior experience in designing secure and scalable agentic AI architectures. **Why Join Us** + Be part of Philips’ CRM & AI innovation journey to transform sales, contract, and customer engagement processes. + Work on cutting-edge AI/LLM and agentic workflow solutions with direct business impact. + Collaborate with a talented global team driving next-gen automation in healthcare and CRM domains.
