FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an AI Integration Engineer to work for our client within the financial services sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London or Edinburgh

Our client is looking for a hands-on AI Integration Engineer to lead the design and deployment of intelligent agent solutions using Microsoft Co-pilot Studio and the Power Platform across enterprise systems. This role blends technical depth with strategic thinking, focusing on secure, scalable, and compliant AI automation. 

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered agents using Co-pilot Studio, embedded within Power Apps and Power Automate workflows Integrate enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics, SharePoint and Dataverse using Power Platform connectors as well as custom APIs Develop and maintain custom connectors to enable seamless data flow, interacting between agents and external services Apply governance frameworks to ensure secure, compliant, and auditable AI deployments Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to align solutions with strategic goals Support conversational AI features, including natural language understanding and multi-turn dialogue flows Track usage and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement, performance tuning, and innovation across automation initiatives Explore and test GenAI and LLM capabilities, enhancing user experience as well as automation
