Job Description An AI company is looking for an AI Innovation Engineer for greenfield product development. They will be building industry-specific AI solutions (Healthcare, BFSI) from scratch. The goal is to create reusable frameworks that the company can coinvest in with pilot customers. The day to day will be 60% Hands-on Engineering: Building production-grade AI/ML pipelines and reusable frameworks, 20% Forward Deployed Engineering: Working directly with pilot customers to validate the solution and integrate real-world feedback, 20% Architecture & Strategy: Designing for scalability—turning a specific client solution into a reusable product. - Research and validate emerging AI technologies - Build internal AI accelerators and tools - Conduct feasibility experiments for complex problems - Support delivery teams with specialized expertise - Maintain a validated library of next-generation capabilities - Improve internal operational efficiency through AI tools - Reduce technical risk for delivery teams - Sustain a continuous pipeline of technical innovation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
