**Duration: 12+ months contract to Convert** **Job Description:** + Employees in this role have responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating cutting- edge innovation and pilot projects. This includes selecting and exploring diverse subject areas, defining project scope, and implementing Client concepts. Technologies of interest include, but are not limited to, solar PV, energy storage, transmission, and wind. **Responsibilities:** + Subject matter expert (SME) of innovation in assigned subject areas + Manage projects without direct reports + Research, develop, and implement appropriate automation and other tools to optimize processes + Collaborate with and lead multi-disciplinary teams of internal and external industry subject matter + experts for problem solving, betterment opportunities, and systems integration + Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define the strategic roadmap and drive + digital innovation + Understand industry trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies + Write and maintain production level code in Python, R, SQL, etc. + Design, prototype, and test solutions to energy-related scientific and mathematical problems + Support and foster innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation + Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations + Maintain familiarity with industry and company progress and problems in assigned technical areas + Perform other job-related duties as assigned **Skills:** + Deep understanding of integrated IT environments and cloud architecture, as well as modern software development and deployment practices. + Experience with PowerApps/Power Automate + Proficiency in VBA + Background in detailed analysis of complex systems involving large datasets + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills + Ability to manage change and drive transformation within a large organization + Experience utilizing APIs following industry best practices + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL + Cloud & DevOps proficiency + Experience with LLM integration, RAG, and prompt engineering + Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar) + Proficient with code repositories like GitHub **Education:** + Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field from an ABET accredited program + Experience: 5+ years + Doctoral Degree with 3+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
