AI in Operations Strategy and Transformation Office – AI Program Analyst (Senior Associate)

The newly formed Transformation Office functions as a strategic accelerator driving strategy and execution of AI initiatives, with a focus of leading and accelerating the implementation of the AI in Operations program and providing standardization and transparency into Operations AI use cases across the firm. Given the importance and scale of this transformation, as part of this role you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our most senior leaders across the business.

As an AI in Operations Transformation Office Program Manager, you will lead complex projects and programs to drive the AI in Operations program towards its strategic goals and impact AI and Operations teams across the firm. Your experience in program management of leading program offices and broad understanding of the AI space will enable you to develop strategic plans and ensure the program meets internal and external requirements. Adept navigation through ambiguity, adaptation to change, and leveraging of advanced analytical reasoning and influencing skills are essential for driving mutually beneficial outcomes. Your exceptional communication abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients. Through your technical fluency and thought leadership, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business goals, shaping the firm's technology landscape, and moving work forward that has firmwide impact.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic prioritiesDevelop innovative solutions to transform the business model and product offeringDevelop an understanding of innovation in financial services and particularly emerging technologies (e.g., AI/LLM, ML, RPA) to help reimagine the future of D&PSPrepare for and listen well in meetings; interject and participate in stakeholder interviews to gather baseline information and work with business partners to clarify / execute any follow-up requestsSupport multiple project work streamsEstablish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and colleaguesManage deadlines and timeframes, proactively escalating issues, as needed

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

5 years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or an internal strategy consulting / corporate strategy team, leading technology company or AI-related start-upDemonstrated experience with consulting toolkit / broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approachesStrong client management and executive-level communication skillsTrack record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadershipBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related field

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience in financial services industry or AI-related fieldMBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier program
