Job Purpose
You will drive innovation in AI-assisted software development tools and integrated development environments (IDEs).
The role focuses on designing and implementing intelligent, multimodal, and distributed development experiences to enhance productivity and shape the future of AI-powered developer ecosystems.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Language:
 
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Responsibility 1: Lead the development of cutting-edge IDE frameworks that integrate AI to boost developer productivity and user experience Responsibility 2: Architect and prototype intelligent and distributed software development tools, including LLM-based assistants and multimodal environments Responsibility 3: Conduct applied research in semantic code understanding, recommendation systems, and code generation to support AI4SE (AI for Software Engineering) Responsibility 4: Translate experimental results into scalable, commercial-grade developer products Responsibility 5: Foster cross-sector collaboration with universities, global research labs, and technology partners Responsibility 6: Contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural standards of intelligent development platforms  
Qualifications
 
Education:
Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI-assisted development tools, IDE frameworks, or developer platforms Demonstrated contributions to commercial toolchains or open-source IDEs (e.g., IntelliJ, Eclipse, VSCode, Copilot integrations) Experience in leading R&D initiatives or managing engineering teams is an advantage Certifications: Optional – certifications in machine learning, AI, or cloud computing (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, Azure AI Engineer) Skills and Competences
