As an AI Governance Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting various business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and innovative problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** AI Governance Manager **Location:** Boise, Idaho **What's the Job?** + Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive governance strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. + Collaborate closely with Corporate IT and Compliance departments to create, build, and regularly update the company’s IT Governance policies. + Manage compliance with internal and external IT policies, regulations, and industry standards. + Conduct regular audits and monitor IT projects and systems for data integrity, security, and compliance. + Develop and implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks. **What's Needed?** + **Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ITIL).** + **Experience creating and delivering AI governance.** + Working knowledge of IT-related disciplines (e.g., SDLC, DevSecOps, DevOps, CI/CD). + Experience with data management, including data modeling, data classification, and master data management. + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
