About The Role:

Fine-tune, deploy, and optimize AI models while ensuring high performance and continuous improvement based on user feedback. The ideal candidate will have experience in model training, pipeline deployment, and working with frameworks like Unsloth, LangChain, and LLM observability tools.

What will you do:

Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (Large Language Models) for chatbot applications and other NLP tasks Build and manage deployment pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, Unsloth, or equivalent Implement and manage LLM observability tools to monitor model behavior and health Optimize chatbot models for latency, token usage, accuracy, and relevance Translate business and user requirements into technical LLM capabilities Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure AI alignment across systems Contribute to internal AI development standards and share best practices with the wider architecture and engineering team
