Overview:

We are looking for an AI Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team of AI/ML engineers in building and deploying production-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical prowess with strategic insight, ensuring the delivery of AI products that align with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of AI engineers and developers.

Oversee the end-to-end development of AI products, from conception to deployment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.

Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI systems.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

 

Key Skills Required:

Extensive experience in AI/ML lifecycle management.

Strong background in machine learning or software engineering.

Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker).

Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S. in Computer Science or related field.

Experience leading AI teams in startups or digital transformation initiatives.

Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in a remote environment.
