Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated AI Engineer to join our Analytics Research team. In this role, you will work with complex healthcare datasets to develop machine learning models and Generative AI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, hands-on programming skills, and a keen interest in building scalable AI solutions, including experience in core machine learning and deep learning techniques and also working with large language models and agentic workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business problems and deliver insights using machine learning and data mining techniquesPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and build predictive models to support forecasting and decision-makingApply and evaluate machine learning models using standard performance metricsDesign and implement Generative AI solutions, including RAG-based agents and end-to-end agentic workflowsWork with and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for automation and optimization use casesDevelop clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python following best practicesParticipate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimizationCreate and maintain technical documentation and design artifactsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.1+ year of experience or strong project experience in machine learning, data science, or AIStrong programming skills in Python with knowledge of production-level coding practicesSolid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques. Strong knowledge of feature engineering techniques (imputation, scaling, outliers, encoding)Familiarity with large-scale data processing tools such as Apache Spark or HadoopHands-on experience or exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG systemsStrong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AWS Bedrock, AWS Strands or similar)Exposure to LLM fine-tuning (e.g., Mistral, LLaMA 2)Familiarity with healthcare data or domain knowledgeUnderstanding of end-to-end AI solution deployment
